At Ebroni Naturals, each product is carefully handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Because of this, we take extra care in preparing every order before it ships.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, processing times may occasionally be extended during high demand or when items require additional preparation. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either standard or priority mail options, depending on your selection at checkout.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ebroni Naturals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If this occurs, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, items such as balms may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. This does not affect product quality. If needed, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
